In an interview with this medium John Benjamin stated that President Koroma has exhibited clearly his regional biasness as he now has 14 ministers from the North, 4 from the West and 2 each from both the East and South.

he said the cabinet reshuffle was meant to favour the APC party, adding that supporters in the East, South and West have realized what the SLPP as a party has been telling them about how President Koroma and the APC Party are self-centered as they only care about themselves, while ordinary people continue to languish in poverty.

He recalled when SLPP was in governance, the North has nine Ministers despite the fact that both South and East were the strongholds of the opposition party.

He went on to state that the  new cabinet of  President Koroma and the APC Party have exhibited high level of  ungratefulness against the people adding that during the 2012 general election the APC party used ministerial and other positions to divert the attention of their members.

He said SLPP is a magnanimous party, and as a result the party has already established a system through which some of their former members of what he referred to as ”abused and refused professionals” are welcomed back to the party.

He said politics is a game of numbers, and that   everyone is important disclosing that the SLPP is planning to form an effective government of where the expertise and professionals would be seen relevant if only they succeed in taking over governance. He called on supporters to vote for the SLPP come 2017-18 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.

JOB expressed optimism that God will surely make provision and that as a party they will not allow their labor for this country go in vain and believe they will surely survive to tell Sierra Leoneans about their encounter with the APC.

Mr. Benjamin further analyzed the manner at which the President disposition his ministers, and demoted others to ambassadorial position, this he said is a clear indication that he is tired with the rift among his ministers and need to separate them and expressed  doubt whether these sacked Ministers  would work again with the  President  or the APC  party.

He described the role of ministers and their deputies is to collaborate  for government to achieve it desired goals.
