The presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Samuel O. Taylor could not sit on Alliance Democratic Party’s Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray’s matter scheduled for yesterday 5th August, 2021.

It was reported that the Judge has a training to attend and thus could not sit the matter.

It can be recalled that the Kamarainba matter was scheduled for July 27th 2021. Apparently on that date, the court did not sit due to the death of the State Prosecutor Umu Sumaray’s father – thus the matter was adjourned for yesterday.

The matter was again adjourned to next week Tuesday 10th August 2021.
