It is worrying when Lahai Lawrence Leema as if unbridled and set to; makes scathing comments and innuendoes which point to disobedience, revolution and undemocratic tendencies. This is very unfortunate.

But what is most unfortunate is the hard fact that, the SLPP does not seem able, capable or prepared to bridle Lahai Lawrence Leema and stop him from giving a bad name to the President the Retired Brigadier Julius Maada Bio and the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) government that is in power.

It is further worrisome that while the SLPP hierarchy is busy making appointments and putting modalities in place for effective, reliable and transparent governance system, the likes of Lahai Lawrence Leema and his behavior and his attitude is taking a toll on the lives of all those that care or do not care listening to his rant.

My honest advice to Lawrence Leema Lahai is: “Please, Lahai Lawrence Leema, it really does not matter whether you have a bone to pick with your opponents or rivals. What is most important for you to do at this point in time is to stop making vain and dangerous threats and allegations. Sierra Leone is too small a place for one man to over-run. As a brother and friend, I implore you to make haste slowly and don’t capsize the boat”
