The benefit of the workshop was that it focused on key issues that need to be looked into, such as the relationship to work properly and understand that these are complex issues that are risky and need to be mitigated and managed right through the whole process.
According to Abu Kamara, they focus on recognizing and identifying the potentials of Public Private Partnerships and the importance of the processes, citing that during this process they can assess the Public Private Partnership projects for the MDAs to make sense, and be affordable and viable.
He added that the process involves the projects that are pre-feasibility and feasibility studies that truncate into various facets that lead to technical designs specification, environmental social impact assessment, and financial analysis that determine the project cost and what is embedded in the financial implications of the various projects.
