The partly collapsed road is said to be endangering the lives of residents and passer-byes, especially children who use the road on a daily basis.

Residents say whenever it rains, the road is hardly accessible as it floods, making it very much difficult to distinguish between the cut-off path and the normal path of the road.

Jonathan Kamara a bike rider said they have engaged several community stakeholders on the road but that to date nothing has been done to fix it.

Another resident of the community, Mohamed Sheriff said they have made several calls on several occasions to the authorities concerned but yet there has been no response. He appealed that the problem be solved to prevent any future disaster.
