The National Grand Coalition (NGC) party has showered praises on President Julius Maada Bio while thanking him and his cabinet for authorising the Minister of Gender and Children’s Affairs, Manty Tarawallie to present the Empowerment Bill 2021 in parliament.

This is an element of Hon. DrYumkella’s Omnibus Bill requesting a 30% Quota for all elective positions in governance.
