According to some commercial drivers, the scarcity of fuel product was an unforeseen situation which affected many people. They are therefore asking government to provide a sustainable solution to address this usual problem of fuel scarcity in the country.

This is not the first time the country is experiencing fuel hiccups ranging from scarcity to price changing. But business people and ordinary citizens are calling on government to encourage oil marketers to have reserve fuel supplies and either reduce or maintain the price of these products in the market. 

As we went to press the situation has been fully resolved with no change to the pump price of fuel.
