On June 4th, 2016, Power Women 232 will host its inaugural annual net worth Ball, an exclusive networking evening where decision-makers from business, government, arts and media will come together with young professionals and entrepreneurs to discuss, create new relationships and celebrate Sierra Leonean success stories. It is envisaged that Networth Ball will be the preeminent social and networking event of the year.
In an exclusive interview with the President, Power Women 232, Yeniva Sogbeh-Sesay explained that “We are expecting 200 executives, professionals, entrepreneurs and key opinion leaders in Sierra Leone.” She further said that this would be a wonderful opportunity for people to meet and engage with the future leaders of Sierra Leone, with hopes that can form strategic relationships and impact their views on career and personal development as well as nation-building.
The Public Relations Officer, Nicky Spencer-Coker, also added that the event will be a memorable one with proceeds going towards supporting their flagship programme, “ASPIRE”- a Mentorship Partnership between Girls Empowerment Summit Sierra Leone and Power Women 232. She told AYV that this is one of its kind events that has been generously sponsored by Sierra Rutile, Gento Group, Africell, National Revenue Authority, NASSIT, Afrigas, Ecobank and James Internationals, among others.
In concluding, Nicky admonished that tickets would not be sold at the event entrance. Therefore, for reservation and more information, please call +232 76350548 before the event.
