.More shamefully, the world was also shocked to see and hear a whole Members of Parliament and former senior Cabinet minister uttering rude abusive (mammy cuss) words against colleague Members of Parliament in the Well. The ugly development emanated during the reading of a High Court Order that orders the House of Parliament not to allow some Members of Parliament to take part in the election of the Speaker of Parliament that was rescheduled for yesterday after being deferred from Tuesday 24th April.The Court Order which was being read by the Clerk of Parliament, Paran Umarr Tarawally during the sitting of the First Parliament of the Second Republic in the Well of Parliament, exempting some sixteen (16) newly elected Members of Parliament from the APC party from taking part in the speaker’s election.It was the swift intervention of the Inspector General of Police, Richard Moigbeh who promptly deployed his armed OSD men and women that put the rebels under control and restored sanity in the Well of Parliament.
