Speaking to the Political Officer at the Chinese Embassy, Mr Guo Xin, he said he is the coach of the Chinese team and that the match will be symbolic to both countries because of the long standing relationship between the two countries.
He said the match will be very interesting as people should know that Chinese are not too keen on football, but they want to take the match very seriously and passionately because they want to win at all cost.
He said he is inviting all the Chinese citizens in the country to come to the Siaka Stevens Stadium to support them to victory.
President of SISLAA, Dr Maxim Conjoh said he has put together a team that will not waste much time with the Chinese as they are going to win the match. He said the most important reason for the match is to celebrate the 45 years relationship between the two countries because they want to cement the relationship so that Sierra Leone will gain more from China.
He said he wants all the sports loving fans to be at the stadium to enjoy the Sierra Leone vs China match as entrance to the stadium is free to all.
The match will kick-off at 4.30pm after the official ceremony between the two peoples.
