Supervisor, Tamba Francis, from CAF told participants that he had been in Sierra Leone three times but all those occasions there had been some problem.

“That didn’t stop the FA from organizing the ‘C’, ‘B’ and now the historic ‘A’ license course. Participants must recognize the effort of the FA”, he said, adding that issues between the stakeholders and the FA would come to an end and the coaches would have the responsibility to produce good players to represent the country.

He said the ministry of sports was for Sierra Leoneans but some group of people were holding the game to ransom.

John Offie Dorbor Sherritton described coaching as unique job, and appealed to all participants to go out and demonstrate the knowledge they had acquired.

John Agina Sesay, one of the participants, who spoke on behalf of his colleagues, said that they appreciated the FA for making it possible for them do the ‘A’ license coaching course for first time in the history of Sierra Leone.
