President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Babadi Kamara, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to serving the interests of the country’s football community and advancing the development of the sport.
Speaking at the SLFA Ordinary Congress held over the weekend, Kamara assured delegates that his leadership would continue to represent the interests of all stakeholders, including players, coaches, match officials, supporters, and football administrators.
He emphasized that the SLFA remains focused on promoting the growth and success of football across Sierra Leone, stressing that the welfare of the football family and the long-term development of the game would remain at the heart of the Association’s agenda.
“Our leadership will continue to represent the interests of the entire football family while always prioritising the progress and success of Sierra Leone football,”Kamara said.
He noted that collaboration, transparency, and accountability would continue to guide the Association’s work as it seeks to strengthen football structures, improve competitions, develop grassroots football, and enhance Sierra Leone’s competitiveness on the continental and international stage.
The SLFA Ordinary Congress brought together delegates from across the country to review the Association’s activities, discuss key issues affecting football, and outline priorities for the future development of the sport.
