Sierra Leone’s Chief Minister, Dr. David Moinina Sengeh is set to lead a high-powered delegation including government, private sector, and members of the creative industry to attend a series of trade and investment events in London, UK.
Earlier yesterday, the Chief Minister met with the British High Commissioner H.E Josephine Gauld and her team to make final plans for the mission. Over three major events, the Sierra Leones delegation will meet the private sector, diaspora, investors, and others in the creative sector to highlight areas of growth and opportunity in Sierra Leone.
Dr. Sengeh said, “We will have another event at the British International Investment HQ, focused on ways we can ensure the $100 million additional resources committed for investments in Sierra Leone are utilised. In partnership with Vult Inc., Labrum London, and Invest Salone, the Sierra Leone High Commission in the UK will also host a wonderful networking event”.
