United States of America’s Ambassador in Sierra Leone, Bryan David Hunt has said he is very much impressed with the number of young people that are working for the Africa Young Voice (AYV) Media Empire.

Ambassador Hunt made his first visit to the AYV at its Tower Hill campus in Freetown, where he said: “This is very much a youth focused organisation, which is incredibly important for the future of Sierra Leone. It is very impressive.

“Certainly you have holistic integrated approach in trying to reach people in both online, through print, by radio and television. I think that is very important as you are trying to reach the public with what is going on.

“As a country, we will have to find ways of reaching young people for the brighter future of any country and I think AYV is well positioned to do that based on the staff you have hired. AYV nar ihn Salone Sabi”.

The new ambassador was given a tour of the AYV Media Empire and its facilities by Messeh Leone, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company and Amadu Lamrana Bah, Director of News and Current Affairs.
