The deceased who many people say has been crawling on the ground because he was unable to walk in the past couple of weeks, added that since Friday July 12, 2019 he has been lying on the ground where he passed away having no one to identify him.

An eyewitness known as Christian speaking to AYV said, the deceased was brought to him by some Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF) personnel who asked him to look after the deceased, because they found him at a culvert close to the King George IV Memorial Home where he was allegedly abandoned.

According to him the deceased has been staying in a bush close to his house and that he has been taking care of him.

“I have been feeding him from the little stipend I get from my labor job and I give him clothes because he defecates on himself every time,” he said.
