The Particulars of Offence indicate that the accused Pastor Alfred Allieu Badara Koroma on diverse dates between Friday 1 September 2017 and Saturday 31 March 2018 at No. 21A Carlton Carew Road, off Wilkinson Road in Freetown, had sex with the victim without her consent at the above residence

The victim (name withheld) is a pupil of the National School of Deaf and Dumb Primary School, and that the accused person had sex with the victim at her parlor, after squeezing the back of the victim and penetrating his finger into the victim’s vagina before having sex without her consent.

Evidence adduced so far disclosed that the accused Pastor Alfred Allieu Badara Koroma went to the residence of the victim at No.21A Carlton Carew Road in Freetown where she is living with her grandmother.

The victim, testifying in a closed-door session went on to say that when the accused person went to her residence, her grandmother was not around. She said he squeezed her back and then inserted his finger into her vagina.

She narrated that after the accused person, Pastor Alfred Allieu Badara Koroma had sex with her without her consent, she felt bad, but later took a bath and changed her dress before the matter was reported at the Congo Cross Police Station in Freetown.

Police Sergeant Musu Kpulum is prosecuting the matter and Lawyer J.M Jengo is associating with the prosecution.

The matter came up for more hearing on 26 June 2018.
