According to Apostle Turay this gesture is not new or strange for him, adding that, he has before now been embarking on similar feeding programs for pupils and residents in the community.
He further said that he feeds over 400 people including pupils of the school and disclosed that some of the food items are rice, Maggie, salt among other items. He added that the donation will be continued because of the passion he has for doing good.
“I want to see the lives of people in the community where I live have smiling faces,” he said; adding that he wants to establish a home to feed children.
One of the beneficiaries Florence Kargbo commended Apostle Jeremiah Turay for the food, stating that it is very important in their lives.
She further said that the food is of benefit to them a lot because it is every person that can afford a daily meal to eat.
