The MOU is to have a 52-episode movie drama project preaching against domestic violence and other crimes against women and young girls in Sierra Leone.

Zack Orji, an African movie star currently in Sierra Leone to be part of the MOU said, being a father of two teen girls, he understands the psychological implication of such violations on girls.

He expressed hope that should the above project be implemented in Sierra Leone with exclusive support from and Africell, issues of violence and crimes against young girls and women will be reduced if not completely eradicated.

Ambassador Navo said AYV has just signed a MOU with BBC in London to be exchanging contents, adding that signing another MOU with no less in institution than the Media Evangelical Drama Productive Ministry.

He called on all Sierra Leoneans to support the project a way to transform the country’s movie industry and make it something wonderful to write home about
