Reality Star from Housemate Salone show and Model Almon Sall Kamara has won the African Fashion designer award (Afdaworld) in the category of Male African Fashion Model of the year, Fashionpreneur 2023.

Almon was nominated in August amongst models from Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi and Cameroon, as part of their sixth edition of the award, on a platform aiming to portray the prestigious beauty of African designers and designs, whilst discovering budding and established talents.

The event was held on the 19th November 2023, at oriental hotel in Lagos.

In his celebratory post, Almon thanked his family, team, organizers, bloggers and voters for their support towards his career.

He said: “Congratulations to myself as I won the African Male Model of the Year in Nigeria. Firstly, I want to say thanks to God Almighty for making it possible I also want to say thanks to my management team for bringing me this far, and as well the organizers of the outstanding awards for nominating me through my hard work and perseverance and all thanks to all the people that voted for me and those who have always believed in me all this while. To all the bloggers in Sierra Leone I want to say thanks for always pushing my craft in diverse ways. To my entire family I say thanks for everything. This is huge for me and my country as we are now here and heading for greater heights”.
