The seventeen cliques pleaded guilty to the three count charges preferred against them, and their particulars of the offences committed indicated that they were involved in a riotous conduct and disorderly manner, contrary to Section (12a) of the Public Order Act N0.46 of 1965, of the laws of Sierra Leone.

Court record also confirmed that one of the accused persons, Amara Tejan Kabia was caught with two wraps of leaves suspected to be cannabis sativa without law authority, at Savage Square around Kissy road axis in the Freetown judicial district,  in the Republic of Sierra Leone, on 17 April 2017.

After denying all accused persons bail, the presiding Magistrate Dr. Abubakar Binneh Kamara informed the well attended court session that he was adjourning the matter for record purposes and would sentence all accused person on the next adjourned date.

The seventeen cliques were; Amara Tejan Kabia, Victor Reginald Cole, Mohamed Momoh, Abass Bangura, Mohamed Kamara, Sulaiman Barrie, Musa Jimmy, Ibrahim Bangura , Ibrahim Vandi, Alhaji Lansana, Omaru Jalloh, Musa Kamara, Saidu Kargbo, Moses Johnson , Ibrahim Sesay, Abdul Rahman Sesay and Emmanuel Finnie.

Magistrate Dr. Binneh Kamara had adjourned the matter to 28 April 2017.
