“In collaboration with our Mission here in Saudi headed by Ambassador Alhaji M.S. Kargbo, we are here to make the necessary coordination with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah as well as the service providers for our nationals intending to perform this year’s Hajj”.
The Presidential aide added that: “We will make arrangements for transportation, food and accommodation.” He also said that, they will also be inspecting hostels in both Makkah and Madinah on the criteria of proximity to the Two Holy Mosques as well as conducive environment for their would-be pilgrims.
The team, Alhaji Sheka furthered, is also going to give feedback to the Hajj and Umrah officials on the experiences of Sierra Leonean pilgrims last year and to receive information on preparations and new policies for this year’s pilgrimage.
