The second edition of the Canada- Africa Youth Education Forum is set to take place from October 9-11 at the renowned Bram & Bluma Appel Salon in Toronto, Ontario. Organized by BT Global Access in partnership with Association ADYNA, the event will focus on the theme “Strengthening Canada-Africa Educational Partnership”.

This year’s forum aims to deepen collaboration between Canada and African countries by bringing together education policymakers, academic institutions, diaspora groups, and youth leaders. Discussions will centre on student mobility, research cooperation, and strategies to improve access to quality education across both regions.

One of the featured speakers is Dr. Ramatulai Wurie, Sierra Leone’s Minister of Technical and Higher Education, whose participation highlights Sierra Leone’s commitment to strengthening international education partnerships and enhancing youth development through academic exchange.  The event is expected to provide a platform for both regions to share experiences, explore challenges, and identify joint opportunities in higher education. By promoting cross-continental dialogue, the forum supports ongoing efforts to create a more connected, inclusive, and responsive global education framework anchored in mutual respect and shared progress.
