EE Lions celebrate Premiership Win

President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Mr. Babadi Kamara has officially presented the Trophy to the East End Lions Football Club, as Champions of the 2024/2025 Sierra Leone Men’s Premier League, sponsored by Leone Rock Metal Group.

At the Approved School Feld in the east end of Freetown, President Babadi congratulated the Champions for coming a long distance to win the competition.

He said to other Clubs that participated in the League, that there is no loser, while thanking the Government of Sierra Leone, Leone Rock, the Premier League Board, National Sports Authority and all stakeholders of the League for powering the national league. He assured the early start of the League in the next Season, so as to align with international standard and best practice.

With their unmatched skill, determination, and passion, E.E. Lions has conquered the Sierra Leone Premier League, sponsored by Leone Rock, once again! Their journey to the top was filled with thrilling victories, dramatic comebacks, and unforgettable moments.

Meanwhile, the Killers have been drawn against Tunisia’s Union Sportive Monastirienne in the preliminary qualifiers of the CAF Champions League this September.

They will kick off the two-legged tie at home, hosting US Monastirienne in the first leg on 19/20 September, before travelling to Tunisia for the return fixture the following week.
