The National Secretariat of the main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) Party has announced plans to hold a National Mammoth Meeting scheduled Saturday 31st January 2026 at the Brima Attouga Stadium in Cline Town at 1:00 PM.

According to the Secretariat, the meeting, which will feature all APC Party leaders, executives and members, is to engage the membership on the Party’s Road Map to 2028, with emphasis on election readiness and internal preparedness.

The engagement will further focus on the Party’s position on Recommendation 78 of the Tripartite Committee Report, which relates to the preferred electoral system for future elections, as well as provide updates on the ongoing electoral reforms, and our individual and collective civic roles.

The APC resolved that due to time constraints in conducting nationwide engagements ahead of its lower level elections which will commence on 7th February 2026, this meeting will serve as a national forum for all categories of the Party membership and that all members are therefore urged to attend and to conduct themselves in a peaceful and orderly manner. Through action, progress and commitment, we remain confident that the APC is firmly positioned on the winning path to 2028.
