“We cannot do anything at the moment we just have to pray for our friends, that have lost their lives and what happened cannot be reversed because it is the will of God we just have to come together as one and get over it.” Ravi Kataria added.

Marketing Consultant, Satguru Travel and Tours Exzendral Blake said the donation was a way of sympathizing with victims and the country. She furthered that Satguru Travel and Tours appreciated the work of the government throughout the disaster period, adding that the donation to the VP office was a way putting the items in the right hand.

Receiving the rice, the Honourable Vice President Victor Bockarie Foh expressed appreciation for such a gesture, stating that Sierra Leone buried four hundred and seventy people and it is still a trying moment for the country. He said the government would like everyone to know every donation as a way of promoting transparency.

Victor Bockarie Foh he furthered that the gesture was a huge one in helping the country’s affected compatriots of the August 14th mud slide and flooding. He furthered that the press should publish all donation made at his office as way of informing the public of what they are receiving.

The donation coming from satguru is a way of sympathizing with bereaved families of the landslide and flooding of August 14th.
