Abubakarr Kamara, Director of Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority, said the   international civil aviation organization had audited every state on how far they had gone in meeting the standards and practices in aviation safety.

“By 2017, there are targets set particularly in Africa to meet certain safety level”, Kamara said, adding that the workshop was geared towards meeting one of those requirements which was known as ‘performance based navigation’.
