She added that out of the fifty buses brought in to help school children travel freely, the SLPP government can allocate one of the buses to their disabled members which will be in their best interest.

She accused the drivers plying the Waterloo-Freetown route of exploiting disabled persons. “Even when we the disabled wait in the queue for the buses, the bus apprentices will snub us and take on abled passengers. This is unfair and very painful for us,” she lamented.
