“Giving such a donation is part of our evangelism strides in spreading the Gospel to every part of the country which is our core mandate,” Pastor Koroma said

He further explained that the donation is targeting class six pupils in order to motivate the pupils to study hard during their education foundation years. The donation comprised of books, pens, chalks and other learning and teaching materials. He added that they hope that these learning materials will help the class six pupils perform extremely in the National Primary School Examination (NPSE).

Receiving the items on behalf of the school, the Deputy Head Teacher, Joseph Kamara expressed his gratitude to Church of The First Born Youth Ministry, saying: “The learning materials came at the right time when our school is badly in need of them.”

“On behalf of the class six pupils, we are very happy to receive such a gesture from the Church of The First Borna and with these learning materials, we promise to use them to study hard and make good grades in the examinations,” said Mariama Kargbo a class six pupil who gave the vote of thanks.
