Testifying before Magistrate Albert Moody of Court N0.1 in Freetown on Tuesday 10th October 2017, the witness maintained that he vividly recalled the 1st accused person and it was he who hired him from Waterloo to Samuel Town along the Freetown Peninsular Road.

He told the court that the 1st accused was about to onboard his motorbike when he suddenly saw another two pylons from the blues struggling to join the 1st accused persons onboard the same motorbike, but since it was a hired trip, he decided to take them to their destination at Samuel Town and went away.

Furthermore, after the alleged killing of Samuel Gandi police personnel attached to the Waterloo Police Division went in search of the alleged murders and four of them were apprehended and charged to court who are already facing trial in the High Court of Sierra Leone.

Since then accused Osman Fornah and Mohamed Garga had been at large until police personnel attached to the same Waterloo Police Division apprehended and charged them to court for the offence of Conspiracy to Commit a Felony to wit Murder and Murder Contrary to Law.

Upon the arrest of both accused persons, identification parade was conducted in which the 2nd accused, Mohamed Garba implicated the 1st accused Osman Fornah of actively partaking in the murder of Samuel Gandi at Samuel Town along the Freetown -Peninsular Road.

The matter was prosecuted by Assistant Superintendent of Police, ASP Samuel Kamara and Magistrate Albert Moody adjourned the matter to Monday 16th October 2017.
