Commissioning a few reconstruction projects including damaged culverts and bridges, and other urgent public rehabilitation works, Hon. Sheriff Carew further said he has passion for his people and would not stop at ensuring he does all he can to make their lives better..

He called for the cooperation of the government and the community people towards the realization of the rehabilitation projects, adding that he is particularly calling on the youths who are tomorrow’s leaders to take the works seriously as it is what would make them be considered for bigger and more responsible duties in the community and the country as a whole.

He informed his audience that national politics has long been over and therefore everyone is expected to embrace each other in the interest of development of the constituency and the country at large, adding that being a supporter of the ruling or the main opposition party is not an issue that should deter progress in the community or the country as a whole.

“I love my people and I will not relent in my usual support when the need arise and the donations I make today are not of concern to me. What is of concern is my love for progress, peace and unity among my people and the country as a whole,” Hon. Sheriff Carew said.
