One of Sierra Leone prestigious and splendid hotel overlooking the west part of the country’s capital Freetown, called Country Lodge Hotel at Hill Station has been widely acclaimed by foreign guests and investors for it distinguished and encouraging  service delivery in line with international standards  and best practise.

Speaking to several investors from Brussels who spent over one month at the Country Lodge Hotel  told African Young Voices that , the hotel is not only exceptional and unique in attending to guests , but also its provides excellent service delivery in term of providing food and other services to its guests like any other world class hotel .

According to them, they really enjoyed and had nice time overlooking the panoramic view of mountains adjacent to Country Lodge Hotel,  coupled with the beautiful and unique Atlantic Ocean view that can be compared to the world’s finest beaches.

“Customer service is wonderful and exemplary and the windy atmospheric condition and locality of the Country Lodge Hotel encourages guests in need of hotels with advanced and modern facility with enviable hotel management operations,” the guests observed. 

 In a chat with General Manager of Country Lodge Hotel Jamal Shallop,  he maintained that he finds love and happiness in doing such a business and as a Sierra Leonean, it is incumbent upon him to take positive part in promoting the country’s  economic and tourism sectors by investing in hotel management.

 He said he has vast knowledge and manifold experience in Hotel management and services, and that he has operated Country Lodge for over decades with a unique and competent hotel management system that has won the hotel admiration, credibility, excellence and laurels.

Jamal Shallop revealed that he has presently embarked on a rigorous construction of additional rooms, conference centre, commodious parking bay and other facilities to extend and expand of the general operational component of the hotel for the convenience of guests.

Country Lodge Hotel, he went on has provided job opportunity for a considerable number of Sierra Leoneans and when the ongoing  construction work is completed, he intends to employ more Sierra Leoneans and at the same time reduce the countrys high unemployment trend.

 He encouraged investors and other guests to cooperate with Country Lodge Hotel as it is well recognized and publicized for excellent service coupled with  it unique operational  locality on the mountains of Freetown.
