The charge sheet further disclosed that, Avril Paris also forged certain documents of the Medical and Dental Council purporting that, they were endorsed and approved by the President of the Council and subsequently issued to various senior medical practitioners legalizing their operational status including annual practice certificates and number.

 The unauthorized annual practice certificates and numbers issued out by the accused on the pretext of having been endorsed and approved by the President of the Council landed in offices of senior medical practitioners like Dr. Mbaimba Rogers, Dr. Osman. Bah, Dr. Benjamin Black and Madam Thomasia George.

Court records further disclosed that, Avril Paris allegedly embezzled one million, three hundred thousand Leones and forged cheques to withdraw six hundred thousand Leones from the Council account in Freetown.

She pleaded not guilty to the nineteen count charges preferred against her for the above mentioned offences charged and Justice Abdulai Charm has adjourned the matter 4TH October 2016.
