The money is to support a Project that will provide cash support, skills training and livelihood enhancement for Ebola survivors.

It is truly remarkable that the prolonged negotiations for the project which actively commenced several days ago, finally culminated on Tuesday, immediately after His Excellency President Koroma launched his visionary 10-24 months priorities programme.

The concept for the Ten Billion Leones project fits perfectly into His Excellency’s priorities for Ebola survivors.

Present at the signing ceremony and also during the previous 4 hours long final negotiations, was the National President of the Sierra Leone Association of Ebola Survivors, Mr. Yusuf Kabba who was invited by to witness both the negotiations and the signing ceremony.
