The commission has not countenanced the letter of the PMDC which demanded the commission to halt all constituency boundary delimitations trainings and processes until further notice.

The National Publicity Secretary of the PMDC, Muniru Koroma discloses that since the letter was written to the commission April 15^th, 2016 by the party’s Legal Adviser, NEC has not acknowledge receipt of the letter.

The decision of NEC not to acknowledge receipt of the PMDC’s letter has been viewed negatively by the members of the party especially its leadership.

According to a reliable source in the commission, the commission might not acknowledge the letter of PMDC leaving the party to take the matter to the country’s supreme body, Supreme Court for interpretation.
