In the mid 60s and 70s, Gloria wrote songs for Gladys Knight & Pips, The Commodores, The Four Tops, The Jackson 5 and Gonzalez. Her songs were performed by the Jackson 5, the Commodores, Gladys Knight and the Pips, Eddie Kendricks and others. Gloria is cemented in musical history as one of the true greats!

The Soul Singer- Songwriter and Producer said she got the passion and made decision to groom talents when she was 10. Because her son Rolan Bolan visited almost every part of Sierra Leone twelve years ago and came to fall in love with the north – eastern city of Makeni, about one – hundred and fifty kilometers from the capital of Freetown, Gloria chose to work with the people of Sierra Leone and wishes to seeing the show of talented persons with disabilities cum non – citizens. 

As an entrepreneur, Gloria said her dream became true in 2016 when she saw the establishment of Marc Bolan School of Music and Film alongside the B&G Entertainment, whose head office is located at Magbenteh, on the outskirts of the northern city.  

The 2014 OSCAR Award Winner for Best Documentary Features at the 86th Academy Awards says: “If a talent is timely identified, used wisely and accordingly, it changes life and the living style”. She remarked that “The wise use of talents has moved many from poor homes to million – dollar homes”. 

Alhaji Sheriff – director B&G Entertainment said as apolitical and non – tribal as the B&G Entertainment has come to Sierra Leone to give hope to the hopeless, the criteria for membership is non – violence, non –  tribal, non – criminal and no monetary issues involved. 

He told the press: “The organisation’s support comes from God”, assuring that B&G is going nationwide, “which is why we work alongside showbiz promoters and the entertainment industry to identify talents from various quarters; right from cities and towns, to remote and hard – to reach communities. He said from their recent launch of the B&G Entertainment in Lungi, next will be in Bo city immediately after the Holy month of Ramadan.  

Camera expert with sound knowledge in entertainment is Chernoh M. Thoronka aka ‘Chief Justice’ who got into music at 5 – now an adult – singing ‘revolutionary songs’ and ‘lovers’ rock’. He’s launching an album, December 2nd at Hotel Conteh U in Makeni.  

‘Chief Justice’ says it’s a pleasure being a member of the B&G Entertainment; citing Augusta Beatrice Kabia (Augu – B) a seven – year old child that is regularly featured on SLBC  tv for her outstanding tv advert;  eight – year old Hamouday; four – year old J Smart; Nexco Jackson; DMM Team; the founder of B&G Bai Koroma aka Black Street, MC Lans, Fresh – for culture and tradition,  Sugar Wizzy ( a handicap) representing FMC squad, Swaga King, True Noble, born rapper – Caribbean, Water P and identified upcoming breed, mainly kids.
