Sierra Leonean President Dr. Julius Maada Bio has told community members of the August 28th flooded areas that they must be patriotic and support the drive of the government in developing the nation.

The President highlighted the gains made as a nation under his leadership, stressing that his focus is education because it is the engine that drives personal and national growth.

He made these statements while sympathizing with the families of the deceased and victims of the flash floods that occurred on August 28th in Freetown.
