Speaking further, Dr. Yumkella noted that the Political Action Committee is an organised body of persons strategically specialized to promote a political course.

He further maintained that the PAC secretariat would be different from the professional offices of members of the KKY movement.

He said in Sierra Leone, people’s professional lives are mostly not different from their political lives, as their professional offices whether government or private are use to hold political meetings.

He said this is totally wrong in civilized political systems, where in politics should not be the source of individuals survivals.

He said when the Leadership of the KKY Movement approached him with the idea of an office space to lease, he refused to buy the idea, noting that the KKY Movement should not play the politics of invest all the sum on campaigns and reap the financial benefits when they assume government.

“Dat nar chap chap politics, en me nor cam for chap”. He emphasized.

As a result he said he asked them to raised funds and renovate the building and after doing that, he said he paid rental fee for some years.

He went on to state that from their PAC Secretariat the KKY Movement shall comment and react on National Issues through several democratic means, and they shall subdue to no attempt to silent their voice.

“When our members are arrested, we shall match to those Cells with pla cards on our hands for their release” Dr. Yumkella pointed out.

Thanking members of the Nebama Street, Brook Street and other communities in Central Freetown for their support to the KKY Movement, the Presidential Hopeful said the rising momentum of the KKY Movement in that part of the country, speaks volume of how ready are people to be liberated from mental slavery, wherein they clap for politicians with hungry belly.

He said the PAC Secretariat shall be open to members of the public, and he shall meet with members of the public on political issues in the secretariat, but it shall be organised and well coordinated for everyone to be chanced, and from that secretariat him together with the KKY Movement shall visit youths in the meeting spots, market women, students and several groups of people across the country, to sensitize them about what they do not know about good governance.

The opening of the Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella’s Political Action Committee, PAC Secretariat commenced with Prayers for God’s directions and blessings in the campaign of the KKY Movement .

According to most political analysts the establishment of the KKY PAC Secretariat is not far from the foreign oriented politics the movement has been of recent branded off.

However the Coordinator of the Movement in Australia Jeriam Temple described their political strategies as one that targets every manner of person across the country.

He further argued that these are strategies that have worked for most political parties in the world.

He boasted that despite of them are resident abroad, yet they have been following politics in town, hence he said they understand of the politics of Sierra Leone very well.

 

He said the movement is superintending by experienced political figures in Sierra Leone that have won elections for the SLPP, in the likes of the Amb. Dabor, Madam I J Kabbah and many others, he the KKY Movement is strong enough to take the SLPP to State house come 2018.
