The charge sheet indicated that the accused persons, Abubakar Conteh and Alimamy Kamara broke and entered into Wang Sheng Building Company and stole therein the sum of forty one million Leones property of the complainant, Zhu Xiang Li.

Before committing both accused persons to stand trial in the High Court, the adjudicating Magistrate, Santigie Bangura informed the court that the prosecution adduced sufficient evidence against the alleged thieves, and that the court deems it fit for them to be tried by the High Court of Sierra Leone for negating the Criminal Procedure Act of the country’s laws.

In another development, Hannah Bonnie presiding over the Freetown Magistrate Court No.2 at Siaka Stevens Street remanded one Ibrahim Sesay alias T- Boy for the offence of Shop Breaking and Larceny, which negates Section (26) sub-section (1) of the Larceny Act of 1916.
