By dialing the short code 1611*3# from their Africell number, users can enter the phone number of the person they are requesting money from, specify the amount, state the reason for the request, input their PIN, and click ‘SEND’.
The recipient of the request has the option to accept and respond or decline, offering a safe and hassle-free way to provide or receive financial support during emergencies.
