Speaking during the launching, the Marketing Manager Bernard Sisay said it another important milestone in their strive to continually develop the petroleum sector in the country, citing that NP is an oil marketing company.
The essence of marketing according to Sisay is the customers, people and people one is serving “We are going everywhere as we have the opportunity to continued reinforced our message and commitment which first for customers care”
Mr. Sisay disclosed that they are the first and presently only company to have an outlet in Mambo Community, Stating that they are proud to have a station in the community.
According to Mr.Sisay the station will provide the full range of products and services for not only motorists, household and immediate vicinity but for also those ply the road for visiting of the attraction in Freetown and Peninsular, adding that Sierra Leone have a lot of potential for tourism.
“NP is a Sierra Leonean company, and it the pride of the country that will continue to be the market leader” Sisay said; adding that they believie in empowering and investing in the country.
Mr. Sisay added that NP is not only in Sierra Leone but also in Liberia, Gambia, Guinea and Ivory Coast.
In his statement Headman of Mambo Community Mohamed Samai commends NP for lighting and developing their community, noting that Mambo is a community that blessed with unity and love.
Mambo according to Samai is a community that loves to embrace everybody be it stranger or not.
“We have and crying and praying for development like this in our community” Samai said.
According to the General Manager of NP Kobi Walker Mambo is the fastest growing community in the country, citing that Mambo was once an underdeveloped community that was years back.
Mr. Walker disclosed that after their visits to the community years back they deliver empowerment, extension and experience to the community.
“When they bring the dream to us, we encourage them to build station and supported with pump and good price” Walker said.
