A total of 120 Police Chaplains representing the geo-political constituent of the Sierra Leone Police Force within the country are currently benefitting from the training.

Facilitators are drawn from within and out of the country, featuring Rev. Dr. S.B.E.B Johnson and team in Sierra Leone and three facilitators from Ethiopia, Zambia and Liberia respectively.

The chaplain sector of the Sierra Leone Police for far too long has been left dormant. Knowing the nature of times, the new direction strategy of enhancing structural and efficient leadership drives all in partnership for better transformation.

The New Harvest Global Ministries in collaboration with the Sierra Leone Police chaplain is geared towards enhancing partnership training in strategic leadership, Church planting and discipleship making movement hereby fulfilling the last mandate for the church which says: “Go into the world, make disciples of all nation and baptize them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen. (Matthew 28:19)”.

The New Harvest Global Ministries is a Holistic Ministry which has its inception dated 1994 with the clear vision of making every believer a disciple and an effective leader with the specific intent of advancing God’s Kingdom. The Vision works in line with the mission of exalting the savior, evangelizing the sinners, equipping the saints and planting/establishing new Churches. We strongly operate within the fore view of the spiritual mandate through the five pillars that goes in line with Prayer and fasting; serving with purpose; making disciples; embracing multiplication and partnership.

All these are embedded in the Church’s motto which says “Passion for God, and Compassion for people”.
