It was a match of two equals as both teams put up outstanding and quality performance in front of the rousing spectators who were thrilled by the performance displayed by the boys.
SFE Football Club took the lead with a spectacular goal scored by Saidu Y. Kamara who broke the deadlock in the 30th minutes during the first half of played.
The hope of SFE was shattered 2 minutes after celebrating their goal as the leading goal scorer in the competition, Emmanuel G. Bangura of Real Stars leveled the score line in the 32 minutes from the penalty spot.
Mohamed A. Kamara scored the decisive goal in the 50th minutes with a stunning overhead volley which displaced the goalkeeper out of his position.
SFE fought hard to again level the score line in order for them to take the game into penalties but quality possession of Real Stars denied them the opportunity to get a comeback in the match.
Overall, the match was very entertaining and as such it exposed the qualities of the young players. They were appreciated by fans of either side who also appealed to the organizers to continue to stage the tournament annually.
Real Stars Football Club received a pair of football jersey as their championship prize and the runners up, SFE Football club received two balls.
