Structures have already been constructed in the piece of land by some among thirty six respondents before the court. And the lawyer is seeking a judgment for the occupants to vacate the land.

According to her, she inherited the land in question from her father since 1978. She added that the current occupants had refused to quit the land since they were asked to in February of 2014, thus the court action.

The matter is prosecuted by Lawyer Pious Sesay, Lawyer L .H. Jusu and Lawyer A. Bah. The matter was adjourned to March 21 2016.
