Count one, according to the particulars of the offence states that Alhassan Kuyateh, the accused on Monday, 1st of September, 2014 at Berry Street, Freetown in the Freetown judicial district in the Western Area of the of Republic of Sierra Leone; conspired together with other two unknown persons to commit  felony to rob with aggravation

Count two states that Alhassan Kuyateh was charged for robbery with violence contrary to section 23(1)(D) or the larceny Act of 1916 as repelled and replaced by Section 2 Act no 16 of 1971.

It was alleged that Alhassan Kuyateh and two unknown persons robbed one Ali Kallon  the sum of Le30,000  with a G3 mobile phone valued at 300,000 Leones and other items all to the tune of Le Le450,000.

Magistrate Komba Kamanda having looked at the matter said there is sufficient evidence that the accused is guilty of the offence and therefore committed the case to the High Court for further proceedings.
