“Vice President Foh instructed the New Honorary Consul of Sierra Leone in Lebanon, Mr. Donald El Abed to implement these matters and to facilitate the way for new big investors to come to Sierra Leone and to invite the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lebanon to come to Sierra Leone.”

Ambassador Yehya said, “in all the speeches of the Vice President, he was precise and frank, highlighting the importance of communication between Sierra Leone and Lebanon and the warm hospitality of the Sierra Leoneans towards the Lebanese community in Sierra Leone where most of its members had gained Sierra Leonean nationality, also making things easier for new Lebanese investors in all sectors and urged them to invest in Sierra Leone.”

On behalf of the President of the Lebanese Parliament, Mr. Nabih Berri; the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon, Mr. Tammam Salam and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lebanon, Mr. Gebran Bassil; Ambassador Yehya congratulated the government and people of the Republic of Sierra Leone for Vice President Foh’s visit to Lebanon.

 

“I want to extend my thanks also to the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Honourable Minister of Information and Communications and the Honourable Adviser,” he said.
