He went on to say that they have given the professional and administrative heads of the Ministry the responsibility to come up with a blueprint of what they think constitutes free education. He added that with the recommendations, the government will be well-informed as to what to expect and prepare for the coming free education starting in September this year.

He maintained that if the flagship program of the New Direction is free and quality education, there is no way in which it will thrive if the schools do not have what they require in the form of adequate human resource (teachers) trained, qualified and dedicated.

“I want to believe that the new administration of President Julius Maada Bio assiduously working towards ensuring that everything which is required for the free education flagship project is in place for its success.

The PRO was responding to questions posed to him by this press during a snap interview over the weekend.
