In the fixtures for the North-west division one play-offs are Port Loko, Lamboi, Bullom Stars, Osman, Bai Bureh Warriors, Bakasoka, Marampa Stars and other football clubs that would play against each other.

Alfred A. Kamara assured that, Lamboi FC is one of the household names in Lungi that comprises of non-division, under-twelve, under-fourteen and division one categories respectively, adding that the dream and objective of Lamboi FC is to ensure that they make a name in that part of the country when the whistle blows the start of the matches.

Lungi is full of young, brilliant grassroots players that are ready to take the future of Sierra Leone football to higher heights. He urged the national football authorities in charge to give all necessary support to the game more especially in the grassroots stage in the interest of building a healthy foundation for a better football and better footballers in the country and for coming generations.

Meanwhile, the other teams will be participating in the Lungi Maltina Competition which commences this weekend at the Kalansonga Playing Field.
