Following the launch of the campaign, Sierra Leone’s leading media owner and CEO, Amb. Anthony Navo (Jnr) pledges his selfless support to ensuring the message reaches every corner of the world. He made that pledge when AYV hosted the First Lady at its Headquarters in Freetown.

“Women and girls are the most precious resources we have and must invest in for a transformed and developed Sierra Leone. We all need to be feminists to protect our women and girls so Sierra Leone can produce the female leaders it deserves to drive developments”, Amb. Navo.
He said he will stop at nothing in supporting the initiative of the First Lady in raising awareness and sensitizing the Sierra Leonean community about the implications of rape, teenage pregnancy and early marriage to the country and the world.
