Three accused persons Franklyn Kamara, Abdul Rahman Sesay and Feimata Kanneh Doe have been summoned before Magistrate Abu Bakarr Bangura at the Waterloo Judicial District Court, on a two count charges on Conspiracy Contrary to Law and Larceny Contrary to Law on Section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916.

When the charges were put to them in court that Franklyn Kamara, Abdul Rahman Sesay and Feimata Kanneh Doe on Thursday the 25th February 2021 at No. 22 Sahr Doe Drive, Grafton Village did steal one Android Mobile phone marked Samsung Note Three valued Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Leones (Le3,500,000/00) property of Sahr Doe.

The first accused person Franklyn Kamara had made a confession at the police station admitting the theft of the said property belonging to Sahr Doe, and that it was done on the instructions of the third accused person Feimata Kanneh Doe who happens to be Sahr Doe’s ex-wife.

The second and third accused persons pleaded not guilty of the offences. When the second and third accused persons where cross examining Prosecution Witness One said that the third accused person was the ex-wife of the complainant, the first accuse and second accused persons work for Sahr Doe, and Feimata Kanneh Doe who also working for the American Embassy.

In the wisdom of Magistrate Abu Bakarr Bangura he remitted that the matter to be held in his Chambers for a continuation of the proceedings. The matter was adjourned.
