Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) President Babadi Kamara has been elected First Vice President of the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone A.
His election represents a significant recognition of Sierra Leone’s growing influence in West African football and comes as a boost to the country’s leadership role within the sub-region.
Kamara’s new position is also expected to provide a broader platform for him to contribute to football development, good governance and the advancement of the sport across WAFU Zone A.
